- Trial classes and trial packages are available to new students before enrolment in a semester programme.
- Class and level placement may be adjusted based on coach assessment.
- All bookings are subject to timetable availability, class capacity, level suitability and Academy confirmation.
- Trial fees must be paid in full before attendance and are non-refundable.
- All classes included in a trial package must be completed within 2 weeks from the payment date.
- Unused or expired trial classes are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be converted into semester credit.
- Any extension beyond the 2-week validity period requires written approval from Kosandra Sports Academy management.
If your child is unable to attend due to illness:
Absences due to travel, school commitments, family schedule changes, relocation, withdrawal or choosing not to attend do not qualify for refunds, automatic credit, extensions or replacement classes.
- Please notify the Academy at least 2 hours before the class starts.
- A doctor’s note or other medical documentation covering the missed class date is required.
- A medically documented absence may be rescheduled within the original 2-week trial validity period, subject to availability.

- All replacement classes require prior Academy approval and are subject to class capacity, timetable, coach availability and level suitability.
- Participants must not attend an alternative class without prior Academy confirmation.
- If the replacement class or venue has a higher applicable fee, the Parent/Guardian may be required to pay the difference.
If Kosandra Sports Academy cancels a trial class due to coach unavailability, venue disruption, weather, minimum class participation or another operational reason, the paid class value will remain available for an approved replacement.

Group classes require a minimum of 3 students to proceed unless otherwise confirmed by Kosandra Sports Academy.

Indoor Classes:
Classes will be suspended in the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning. Indoor classes otherwise proceed unless the Academy advises otherwise.

Classes may be cancelled or stopped where weather, ground or venue conditions are considered unsafe.

- If more than 50% of the scheduled class has been completed, no replacement credit will normally be provided.
- If the class has not reached 25 minutes and cannot safely continue, the affected class value may be used for an approved replacement.
Parents/Guardians must:
- provide accurate and up-to-date booking information;
- inform the Academy of relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, physical limitations or behavioural needs;
- ensure the Participant does not attend while suffering from a serious contagious illness;
- follow Academy and venue rules;
- ensure appropriate arrival, handover and collection of the child.
- Participation in physical activities involves inherent risks including slips, falls, strains, collisions and accidental contact with equipment.
- Participants must follow coach safety instructions and may stop an activity if they experience pain, discomfort, dizziness or distress.
Participation is voluntary.

- ordinary and inherent risks of physical activity;
- undisclosed medical or physical conditions;
- failure to follow reasonable safety instructions; or
- circumstances outside the Academy’s reasonable control.
Kosandra Sports Academy may make reasonable decisions regarding class placement, safety, safeguarding, timetable changes, replacements and policy exceptions.
Any exception involving refunds, credits, trial validity, medical absence or replacement classes must be approved in writing by Kosandra Sports Academy.
By completing the booking and payment, the Parent/Guardian confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Participant Waiver & Parent/Guardian Consent.
